This is me-before, after and during my journey.  A clean eating lifestyle began about 4 years ago, I was #inspired by a man named CJ. It started with so many passionate conversations of him telling myself and my boo(my boyfriend , you will know him as boo) about the effects of a shitty diet. At that time, I looked like the picture on the left and was addicted to cases of Coca-Cola, double stuff Oreos dunked in whole milk, RedBulls by the case and Ghiradelli box brownies. Little by little, his words stuck- the seed was planted. At that time I didn’t know anything about clean eating, other than the tips CJ had given us. I switched my loaf of bread for sandwich thins, I started eating Chobani yogurt, and began drinking water. I never liked drinking water growing up, I was addicted to Coca-Cola. I had been drinking it for as long as i could remember, it was always in the house by the case load. I am shocked my teeth never fell out, I have never had a cavity, maybe 1, Mom? CJ was, and still is, a body building coach. This also #inspired me to take my ass to the gym and create some synergy between my food swap and my new workout regime. From that point forward the beast in me was revealed, as well as, my passion for a healthy lifestyle. I have pretty much treated my asthma through diet, I began running, which I was never able to do because of my asthma. My skin has changed drastically, my hair is healthy and grows like weeds, my nails are strong on their own and also, grow out fast. These are just some of the bodily changes I have experienced. This life has changed me as a person for the better and that is why I am so eager to share it with you all.
