Raw Honey Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

2 -16 oz Bagged, Fresh Brussel Sprouts

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil(EVOO)

1 tbsp Raw Organic Honey

2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt/Fresh Cracked Pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Trim stems off brussel sprouts, then cut sprouts in half.
  3. Arrange the halved sprouts on a foil lined baking sheet, drizzle with EVOO, sprinkle with salt and pepper, toss to coat all sprouts.
  4. Cook for 20-25 mins until outside leaves start becoming crisp.
  5. Remove from oven and transfer to bowl.
  6. In a separate small bowl, whisk honey and balsamic vinegar, pour mixture over sprouts, mix to coat.

Tidbits:

  • I used avocado oil, but EVOO is just as good.
  • Adjust balsamic vinegar to your liking, I happen to love the taste of vinegar so I drizzle even more on.
  • I buy my brussel sprouts, bagged, from Trader Joe’s $2.99 and RAW honey $4.99.
  • Raw honey can be found at your local farms and grocery stores, traditional store-bought honey is not even honey and contains zero amounts of bee pollen(ya know, the one that comes in the cute bear bottle)
