Chocolate Chic Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

1 Can Chickpeas, Skins Removed, Patted Dry

1/4 c Organic Peanut Butter

1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tbsp Raw Honey

1/3 c Vegan Chocolate Chips

 

Pulse It:

  1. Rinse and drain chick peas and let them completely dry and then remove the skins. (refer to tidbits to find out how to remove skins)
  2. Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, into food processor. Blend until becomes a puree and then add chocolate chips.

 

Tidbits:

  • When the chick peas are completely dry, place them on a piece of parchment paper, cover with a cloth and roll your hands across the cloth. You should see the skins start to shed.
  • Add more peanut butter if texture is too dry.
