Ingredients:
1 Can Chickpeas, Skins Removed, Patted Dry
1/4 c Organic Peanut Butter
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Raw Honey
1/3 c Vegan Chocolate Chips
Pulse It:
- Rinse and drain chick peas and let them completely dry and then remove the skins. (refer to tidbits to find out how to remove skins)
- Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, into food processor. Blend until becomes a puree and then add chocolate chips.
Tidbits:
- When the chick peas are completely dry, place them on a piece of parchment paper, cover with a cloth and roll your hands across the cloth. You should see the skins start to shed.
- Add more peanut butter if texture is too dry.
