4 Frozen, Sliced Bananas
2-3 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Dark Mini Chocolate Chips
- In a blender, mix all the frozen bananas. Consistency should be creamy, ice cream like.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix well with spoon.
- Spoon banana mixture into cupcake liners, top with more chocolate chips.
- Place in freezer for 1-2 hour.
- I used both a silicone muffin pan and cupcake liners. The silicone pan is amazing, the liners are easier to transport.
- Any kind of nut butter will work if you don’t have the pb powder. The powder is just easier to mix with.
- Taste the mixture after added vanilla extract, maybe you will want to add more.
