Banana Peanut Butter Cups

10-12 Servings

4 Frozen, Sliced Bananas

2-3 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/3 cup Dark Mini Chocolate Chips

 

  1. In a blender, mix all the frozen bananas. Consistency should be creamy, ice cream like.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well with spoon.
  3. Spoon banana mixture into cupcake liners, top with more chocolate chips.
  4. Place in freezer for 1-2 hour.

 

  • I used both a silicone muffin pan and cupcake liners. The silicone pan is amazing, the liners are easier to transport.
  • Any kind of nut butter will work if you don’t have the pb powder. The powder is just easier to mix with.
  • Taste the mixture after added vanilla extract, maybe you will want to add more.
