Ingredients:
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 c Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

- Preheat oven to 425*
- In a 9×13 baking dish, place chicken and pierce with a fork to tenderize.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
- Coat chicken evenly with mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
